OIL PIE CRUST

1 c. flour, plus 2 tbsp.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold water

FOR TWO CRUST PIE:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cold water

Mix and roll between wax paper.
