LOW CHOLESTEROL-OIL PIE CRUST 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cannola or corn oil
1/3 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Pour milk over oil-DO NOT STIR-add all at once to flour. Stir quickly just to moisten and form into a ball. Divide in half. Roll between wax paper or Saran wrap. No flour needed and rolls very easily.
