VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All vegetables
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. cornbread dressing mix

Drain water chestnuts and vegetables. Mix all ingredients in ungreased casserole. Top with 1 stick melted butter and 1 small package cornbread dressing mix or toasted bread crumbs.
