VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
1 (5 oz.) can green peas, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing, regular
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. celery, chopped

Cook vegetables as directed on package. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put into a casserole. Grate cheese on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
