BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 lg. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. jar jalapeno Cheez-Whiz
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute onion in butter. Melt cheese in rice while hot. Stir in all ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over cook.
