BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c. each of celery & onion, chopped fine
2/3 stick of butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno cheese, whip

Melt all together over low heat. Combine in a casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8 people.
