SHRIMP BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 c. cooked rice
2 lb. shrimp
Buttered bread crumbs
8 oz. jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1/2 stick butter
1 (10 oz.) broccoli, chopped, thawed and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
Paprika

Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix in broccoli, soup, Cheez Whiz, and chestnuts. Fold in rice and shrimp. Put in 9 x 13 greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
