BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
2 cans mushrooms, bits & pieces
2 cans cream of mushrooms soup
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz, jalapeno
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
Rice, cooked & cooled

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add mushrooms, cook down. In separate pot, boil broccoli in water. Drain. In same pot, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add both Cheese Whiz. Melt cheese completely. Add cream of mushroom soup. Mix with cheese on low fire. Take cheese, soup and add to onions, celery and mushrooms. Then add broccoli to all of this and mix. Add rice and mix.

Note: You can add as much rice as you want. Depends on how thick you want it. Usually 1 1/2 cups is enough.
