CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 pie shell (deep dish)
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 (5 oz.) can chunk white chicken
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bell pepper
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes. Reduce temperature at 350 degrees. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
