CHICKEN - BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 lb. fresh chopped, well drained
1 whole chicken breast, cooked, boned, skinned, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 c. Swiss cheese in 1/4 inch dice
9-inch pastry shell, partially baked (or homemade), baked at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Minced green onion tops or chives

Sprinkle broccoli, then chicken, then cheese evenly in shell. Beat eggs, cream, juice, salt and pepper until mixed but not frothy. Pour into shell. Bake in 375 degree oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Garnish with onions. Serves 6.
