BOSTON'S DURGIN PARK CORNBREAD | |
3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt 2 c. flour 1 c. yellow corn meal 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. milk Mix sugar with beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients and stir with cornmeal. Add melted butter and milk to sugar mixture. Stir into dry ingredients, just to mix. Bake in 7 x 11 inch greased pan at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
