EASY CHICKEN QUICHE | |
9 inch unbaked frozen pie shell 1 can chunky chicken soup 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. dry curd cottage cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. cooked spinach, chopped 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed Drain the spinach very well. Thaw pie shell and prick with a fork. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Place pie on oven rack and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes. Serves 6. |
