CHICKEN CUTLETS 
Chicken cutlets
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Oil
Garlic
White wine
Chicken broth
Parmesan cheese
Lemon juice

Dip chicken cutlets in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Saute in oil and garlic - add the chicken and brown on both sides. Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour lemon juice over chicken, add little white wine and chicken broth and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
