LEMON CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 small lemon, squeezed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
garlic powder
oregano
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
canola oil

Bread and fry chicken. Place in long baking dish. In medium size bowl, mix together broth, butter, flour, lemon and seasonings. Pour over cutlets.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 3/4 of an hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
