CONTINENTAL CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 pkg. chicken cutlets
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
3-4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry white wine

Rinse and pat dry the cutlets. Then roll them in the Parmesan cheese, patting the cheese into the meat. Next, roll them in the flour, shaking off any excess. Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet and in it saute the chicken over moderately high heat until golden on each side. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish; pour the wine over it and sprinkle the chicken with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Bake the chicken, loosely covered, in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
