CRUMB CAKE 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Blend all ingredients in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Then beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
6 tsp. cinnamon

Place all ingredients in large bowl and work together with hands until it becomes crumbly.
