VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Velveeta, shredded
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix onion, celery, mayonnaise, and Velveeta in bowl and put into a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Put Ritz crackers over top and dribble with butter. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until very hot.
