CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 medium banana
4 cups Boston bibb lettuce
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, chilled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
Pecans
Fresh strawberries
1 can mandarin oranges

DRESSING:

1/2 cup orange diet Yoplait yogurt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Thin with frozen orange juice

Slice banana diagonally, and dip in reserved orange juice. Tear greens into a bowl; arrange banana slices, chicken, cranberry cubes, raisins, peanuts, pecans, strawberries and oranges over lettuce. Combine all dressing ingredients and chill until serving time. Pass dressing with salad.
