ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. Oreo cookies (ground in blender)
1 stick melted butter (mix with ground cookies)
1 box (1/2 gal.) vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge (heated until runny)
Some chopped up walnuts (depending on how much you like walnuts)
2 bowls Cool Whip (nice and soft)

Pat cookie/butter mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan; slice ice cream and put on top of cookie crust, make fairly even. Pour melted fudge on top of ice cream; work quickly so ice cream doesn't melt too much. Put on your chopped walnuts; spread on Cool Whip. Sprinkle on some more walnuts. Freeze until hardened. (Can be varied with a variety of cookies and ice cream.)
