CANDIED CARROTS 
A sweet side dish even the little ones in your family will want more of!

2 c. thin sliced carrots
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of pepper

Bring to boil in small pan: carrots, pineapple juice, cinnamon and pepper. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. 40 calories, .1 gram of fat.
