1/2 c. unsalted butter
1 c. light brown sugar, lightly packed
1 egg
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, 6 oz. melted & cooled & 6 oz. chopped and set aside
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, sour cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat in melted chocolate. Sift together flour salt baking powder and soda. Fold into batter, add peanuts and chopped chocolate. Drop rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet.
