DEVILED CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
1/4 green pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, cayenne, pepper, dry mustard
1 lb. fresh crab meat

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender; don't brown. Remove from heat and cool. Place in bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and eggs; mix well. Add seasonings and bread crumbs; mix well. Place mixture in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour and top is lightly browned.
