DUTCH CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
7 1/2 oz. crab meat
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Put into 2 quart casserole and top with left over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
