CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. canned milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
Parsley flakes

Mix together green pepper, onion, butter, flour and canned milk in a sauce pan; cook over low heat, stirring until butter is melted. Remove from heat and add crabmeat. Then add mayonnaise, mustard, egg, Old Bay seasoning and parsley flakes, mixing well. Put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam and put bread crumbs and a little grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it browns a little on top.
