CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. crab meat 1/2 c. spring onions 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. cooking wine 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese 1 tsp. each salt & pepper 1 c. green peppers, finely chopped 2 tbsp. red onions, finely chopped 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. condensed milk In saucepan melt butter, add flour and stir constantly 2 to 3 minutes to make a roux. Add cooking wine and condensed milk, whip until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and turn into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. |
