STUFFED SHELLS 
1 box lg. pasta shells (partially cooked but not limp)
2 lbs. Italian sausage
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can spinach, drained or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1 (15 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown sausage and onion together, drain fat and combine with spinach in food processor. Chop fine. Add ricotta cheese and bread crumbs. Drain shells; rinse; stuff with meat mixture. Arrange stuffed shells in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
