TURKEY STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. lean ground turkey
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 tbsp. minced fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
16-24 cooked giant pasta shells

In a bowl combine turkey, ricotta, bread crumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend well. Place 2-3 tablespoons filling in each shell. Top with your favorite fresh or prepared pasta sauce. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes until stuffing is cooked through. Serves sprinkled with Parmesan.
