STUFFED SHELLS | |
1 box jumbo macaroni shells 1 qt. Ricotta cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella 2 large eggs 1 c. bread crumbs (flavored) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 16 oz. pkg. fresh spinach 2 qt. tomato sauce Boil shells for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and drain. Cook spinach until soft. Chop with knife and fork and drain well. Mix all ingredients together; add the spinach to the mixture last! Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each shell. Line bottom of pan with tomato sauce. Place in 13 x 9 baking pan (I like glass). Cover top of each shell with more sauce. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. ENJOY!!! |
