STUFFED SHELLS 
1 tub (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 cloves minced garlic
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing
1 egg
1 lb. browned Italian sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 box large shell noodles, cooked

Mix Ricotta cheese, spinach, green pepper, garlic, dressing, egg and sausage.

Spread 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Fill shells with mix and lay in pan.

Spread remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over top of shells and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
