MAMAW'S STUFFED MANICOTTI SHELLS 
10 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cook manicotti according to directions. Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside. Saute ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic; keep well stirred. Drain pan drippings. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise to skillet and stir well. Stuff manicotti shells with mixture. Arrange in lightly greased oblong baking dish. Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano and pour over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
