CHICKEN A LA JOANNE 
1 1/2-2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
16 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. butter (butter)

Melt butter and place into shallow baking pan. Rinse chicken in hot water. Pat dry. Dip chicken in sour cream both sides. Dip creamed chicken in bread crumbs both sides. Place into pan with melted butter. Turnover so both sides are saturated. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-40 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. 1/2 inch thick 25 minutes; 1 inch thick 40 minutes.
