POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. corn flakes 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 3 c. sour cream 2 cans mushroom soup 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese Melt 2 sticks butter in 325 degree oven. Add corn flakes to butter; mix. Remove from dish. Add hash browns. Spread in dish. Add sour cream, spread over potatoes. Spread soup. Add cheese. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake 1 hour, 325 degrees. |
