POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. Russet potatoes, peeled, cooked until tender & shredded 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. onion, minced 2 tbsp. parsley, minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed 1 12/ c. Swiss cheese, shredded Dash pepper Paprika (to taste) Combine all ingredients, but save enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Put in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes. |
