POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream

Partially thaw potatoes.

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spread in large casserole. Top with croutons and butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
