POTATO & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 lg. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans cut green beans
1 lb. cheese
1/4 stick butter
1/4-1/2 c. milk

Brown and drain hamburger, place in bottom of baking dish, cover with green beans from can (drain all liquid from beans).

Peel and cut potatoes, boil until tender. Drain, add milk, butter, salt, pepper to taste and cream potatoes.

Place potatoes over green beans and hamburger, top dish with slices of cheese.

Place in oven at 450 degrees until cheese melts. Serve hot.
