POTATO & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3-4 bay leaves
1 1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. melted butter
1 med. grated onion

Boil potatoes in water with salt and bay leaves. Cool, then grate into casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix all well, then pour over potatoes in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour buttered bread crumbs on top and bake 5 minutes more.
