CANADIAN BEEF STEW | |
1 lb. stewing beef, cut into bite-size pieces 1 c. each diced carrots, onions & celery 1 c. V-8 juice 1 tbsp. sugar (opt. - I prefer none) 2 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca 1 tsp. salt Mix well in casserole. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Do not stir or peek. |
