OVEN-BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef stew meat 1 c. canned tomatoes 6 sm. carrots, diced 1 med. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, chopped 3 med. potatoes, cubed 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. water Mix all ingredients, place in covered baking dish (small roaster). (Do not brown before baking.) Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. |
