BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. beef stew meat 1 c. canned tomatoes 6 carrots 3 med. potatoes, quartered 1/2 c. thickly cut celery 1 med. onion, sliced 3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca 1 slice bread, crumbled 1 c. water Combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Yields 6 servings. |
