OVEN BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. stewing beef 6 sm. carrots, cut up 1/2 c. celery, diced 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. canned tomatoes 1 med. onion, diced 3 med. potatoes, cubed 1 slice bread, cubed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/3 c. water Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased baking or casserole dish; cover and bake about 3 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6. |
