BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. lean beef stew cubes 1 c. canned tomatoes 6 carrots, cut up 3 potatoes, quartered 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 onion, sliced, separated into rings 1 slice crumbled bread 1 c. water In large bowl combine all ingredients. Spoon into greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. (While you go to church.) |
