BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. lean beef stew, cut in cubes 1 c. canned tomatoes, cut up 6 carrots, cut in strips 3 med. potatoes, peeled & quartered 1/2 c. thickly sliced celery 1 med. onion, sliced in rings 3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca 1 slice bread, crumbled 1 c. water Combine all ingredients in bowl. Spoon into greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. |
