SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 bag vegetables, (California mix, thawed and drained)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
sm. can french fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can of onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with the rest of cheese and onions.

Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.

Serves 6.
