SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetable medley, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Put vegetables in a casserole dish. Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of the can of French fried onions. Pour this over the vegetables.

Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.

Bake, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
