CHOW MEIN BEEF BAKE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 med. tomatoes, peeled and cut up (I use canned) 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (I use more) In a skillet, combine beef, celery, onions, and cook until meat is slightly brown. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, soup, 1/2 cup celery, noodles. Use 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
