5 med. size sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except marshmallow, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with marshmellows, and bake 5 more minutes.
