1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
14 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 (15 oz.) can artichokes, cut up, not marinated

Mix together, put in a casserole at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
