CRISPY CHEESE BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
4 chicken thighs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. bread stuffing mix
1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter

Combine stuffing mix, cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter and then in crumb mixture. Mix mushroom soup with water and spread on bottom of 10x13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on soup, and pour remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
