DRIED BEEF AND EGGS 
1/2 lb. dried beef, briefly boiled and drained
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 eggs
4 oz. Kraft Old English cheese

Saute beef, onion, and green pepper over low heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, eggs, and cheese. Stir this constantly until cheese blends with other ingredients. Continue cooking until the mixture reduces to the consistency of scrambled eggs.
