CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE WITH
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
 
9 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. milk
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together butter, sugar, eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla and orange peel. Add milk and zucchini. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together.
